Refund Policy
WHAT ARE OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY? We offer free and easy size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are limited to different sizes or colours of the same product, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please initiate a return and use your store credit to place a new order. Drakkar is not liable for items lost during return transit.
RETURN TERMS Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Only store credit is provided (no monetary refunds). Returns are inspected once they reach our warehouse. Upon approval, a store credit (gift card) is issued via email.
NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS Accessories (caps, bags, etc.), intimate wear (sports bras, underwear, bodysuits), bundled product sets (must be returned in full).
DEDUCTIONS Return store credit is provided after deducting INR 100 for shipping. For COD orders, INR 251 is deducted (INR 100 for shipping + INR 151 for COD).
RETURN CONDITIONS Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or washing will not be accepted. Items must be returned before a refund/exchange is issued. In the rare event of receiving the wrong product, email hello@drakkaractive.com with photos within 7 days. Product must be unworn and unwashed. Items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Partial returns of bundles are not accepted. Entire sets must be returned. Drakkar reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our guidelines. Return/exchange process takes approximately 9–12 business days. By placing an order, you accept our store credit only policy.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE Visit our Return/Exchange Portal. Pack the item with all original tags and packaging. If received in non-compliant packaging, return may be rejected. Exchange eligibility is limited to one-time per order.
PENDING PICKUP? If a pickup hasn't occurred within 4 days of request, email us at hello@drakkaractive.com with your order ID.
PROCESSING TIME Returns: 9–12 business days. Exchanges: 12–15 business days. Once the product is received at our warehouse, store credit or exchange will be processed within 24 hours. For address changes during exchange, email us prior to dispatch.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days with images. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit upon verification.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS If a purchased item is unavailable, you’ll be notified via email and offered a full refund or exchange.
